I am a UK based dancer & multidisciplinary artist. I work as a performer, maker, researcher & facilitator. My training is in contemporary dance, and I am particularly drawn to improvisation, somatic practices and contact work.

Both collaboration and care are fundamental to my socially engaged practice; I’m experienced in collaborating in a range of ways and capacities. I am largely influenced by how we sense and connect with each other and our environment – and how we can find more sustainable ways of being.

I often work in non-traditional performance spaces including public spaces, galleries and outside (in relation to ecology & nature).

I am working in increasingly multidisciplinary ways. My work is deeply rooted in physicality, spanning performance, installation, sculpture, video/audio, writing & drawing. As I weave different mediums into my processes, I question how each medium can inform us further about what we are working work. Most recently I have been researching the interplay between physical materials and movement. And through this, questioning how we can create the frameworks and space to play together.
