I am interested in the embodied ways people engage with art, whether that be through participatory performance, exhibitions or more traditional classes and workshops. As a facilitator I am interested in supporting creativity, guiding improvisation and teaching contact work.

I am experienced delivering workshops to a wide range of people, from beginners, to students and professionals; in dance, art and outside contexts. I have led family movement workshops at venues including: The Royal Academy, Orleans House Gallery, Royal Museums Greenwich PPMCC, The Minories & Towner Gallery.
